The login process to Ball State software applications, such as Banner, Office 365, Canvas, myBSU, and others, will now be a three-step process. This upgrade will result in a slightly different login process for Ball State users accessing software applications that use single sign-on. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain up-to-date and secure technology at Ball State, Information Technology will be upgrading the Ball State single sign-on (SSO) login process to Microsoft’s latest technologies.
